Hi,
I think shoppers would prefer closing time closer to the pick-up date so vote for Wednesday. I'm happy with 6pm but
John's compromise of 8.30pm seems OK. How many shoppers are likely to order so close to closing time anyway, especially with the increased order period.

To shop up until Thursday midnight, but given restraints, noon Wednesday.
If not then, then Tuesday midnight.

Hi All,
My 5 cents worth. Having the shop open until midnight on Wednesday was based on the OK way. It is not written in stone. To me, having the shop close at say between 8 and 9 pm may be suitable for all concerned. The hours between 9.30 and 12 pm seem too me somewhat wasted. After 8 or 9 it is not to late for producers (Farmers go to bed early I believe.) to go online to find out what has been purchased, print out the orders and assemble orders the next day. Also, consumers are still able to order at a reasonable time on Wednesday night.
How about 8.30pm for shop closing time?
